Top quality grey striped sunflower.
It is important to note the difference between black sunflower and grey striped sunflower. Black sunflower is cheap but very oily and nutritionally inferior to grey striped sunflower.
As a rule, use sunflower seeds as a treat and not a main component of your bird’s diet. Can be used as an attractant for wild birds, but offer sparingly.
