Calgrit is a granular shaped limestone that adds Calcium and raises Carbonate Hardness (KH)in your water to help keep your PH in the 7.5 – 8.0 range.
One bag will do a 2 foot (50 litre) tank. There is no need to rinse this product before putting into your tank.
Your tank will go cloudy for 24-48 hours and your turtles are fine to be in the water at this time.
