Blue Spruce: Herbal, green and outdoorsy. A softer sort of pine or fir scent. New alcohol splash!

A minimalist recipe with sodium lactate as an additional humectant and allantoin for soothing.

Splash Ingredients: Denatured Alcohol, Distilled Water, Fragrance, Sodium Lactate, Allantoin.
