This shaving soap is a labor of love that took over a year to make. We didn’t just try to make a shaving soap with some artificial scent to it. We actually grew our very own hops, right in our garden!
We set out over a year ago to find the perfect Hops plants for scenting this great shaving soap. We wanted it to have a fruity scent of green grapefruit with subtle hints of pear. The lutens in our particular hops were close to what we were seeking but we found when we married the hops from two select varieties it was a true match made in heaven!
We think you’re going to love the fresh green scents of this great shaving soap. Did I mention that it lathers up like a dream.
Our new Kaito base is thicker, slicker, and will whip up easier for you. Just don’t wink at it when you pass by, it may start foaming up! Ye have been warned! The Kaito base is still a vegan base that will leave your skin feeling hydrated and smooth.
Kaito Base Ingredients: Stearic acid, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, potassium Hydroxide, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Sodium Hydroxide, Garcinia Indica (Kokum) Seed Butter, Ricinus Communis Seed Oil, Sensolene & Squalane.
