Mouse Family Suitability:
Mice are inquisitive and friendly pocket sized pets. With proper care, they will keep your family entertained for hours on end. Suited to almost any family, they make excellent pets for children and first time pet-owners!
These friendly and delicate little animals are great companions. Generally speaking, you should start with two or three female mice. The females like the companionship of their own kind, as well as their human keeper.
To keep healthy pet mice, you’ll need an enclosure, a secure mouse-carrier, food dishes, water dish or drip-bottle, toys, bedding, an exercise wheel, and a hidey-hole for resting in.

Mouse Temperament:
Mice require a fair amount of enrichment and exercise time outside of their cages (at least an hour a day is ideal). Mice are very social and suggested to not be kept alone. Keeping Mice in groups does not make them more difficult to tame if they are handled from a young age. Mice are very curious, and will explore and enjoy any toys he/she is supplied with.
Mouse Grooming:
Mice don’t require much grooming as they are self-groomers, provided they have access to bathing water.
